Step 1 - Send us your project files. We will need floor plans, elevations, and material references. We can work from pdf, Autodesk (or other compatible) dwg’s or hand drawn sketches.
Step 2 - We will reply with a proposal within 12 hours. A signed approval or notice to proceed is needed for work to start.
Step 3 - We will also need 50% down payment, 50% upon completion. For big projects, we can work with 25% down payment. Funds are accepted through mobile money transfer like tigo pesa, m-pesa, airtel money etc. We also accept Cheques and Bank wire transfer.
Step 4 - We will begin to work, progress renders will be sent within 1-2 days for typical projects.
Step 5 - Based on our progress renderings, we will need your comments and markups. We will edit the render until you are satisfied. Revisions are free as long as it is within the original scope of work.
Step 6 - Once you are satisfied on the project, we will request the remaining 50% final payment. Once payment is received the watermark will be removed and the final high resolution image will be sent to you via email.
